RATES:

The cost for the lodging per day is:

• Use of the villa complex for lodging is: 1,150 US per day
• Use of the villa complex for only events: 2,300 US per day
• Use of the villa complex for events and lodging are: 3,300 US per day of the event.

The Villa Los Hijos del Sol will be rented in an independent way for lodging or event. The bungalows are not for rent into an individual way. Check in and Check out at 1:00 P.M.

RESTRICTIONS:

• The maximum capacity for events is up 400 persons.
• The maximum capacity for lodging it is 16 persons.
• You can have music live or DJ all night long, no problem with neighbors.
• You can have fireworks only the ones previously authorized by the house manager.
• You can have campfire on the beach but you will have to clean up the area.
